The Body Retreat- 'The Source of Wholeness'

All-inclusive, 2 night, 2 day retreat
We will focus on our body by recognizing the health and nutrition we give our bodies, the effects we reap, or 'harvest' so to speak. This may can be an alternative to the usual fall activities that occur this weekend. Come join us for an Autumn retreat!
We are designing this retreat to help you learn techniques and habits that allow your body to be free from pain to help expand our energetic being. Reconnect to the source of your true health! You don't need to be perfect, just come learn, engage your mind & body in gaining healthier outlook. We will give you tools to take with you & learn while you are here.
The retreat includes:
- Teaching of Plants & Herbs; learn & prepare your own healthy meals
- Awareness of vibration & energy and affects of it on our bodies
- Guided Hike in/near Red Cliffs Recreation
- Reflexology-- supporting the flow of our energy, our nerves, connections all through out our body & releasing stress & pain
- Yoga: recognize the movement & energy of our body
- The Emotion Code: learning to release trauma or pain manifested from the trauma & regain balance & health
- All meals during your stay. Food/nutrients; whole foods, for your best self, avoiding foods that drain your energy
- Team Building activity
- Creative time/Free time
- Connect with others & learn & have fun in your journey!

Lodging: We will be staying in a beautiful private residence, There will be some rooms with king/queen bed. and one or two rooms with comfy bunk beds. With a handful of shared bathrooms. This will be a beautiful space and near many hiking areas and a couple of lakes.
