"Expanding Your Parent/Child Connection" 2020 - TBD
We help support you and your child with Adhd, ASD, anxiety, etc, in having fun together & learning healthy techniques so you can enjoy parenting again!
- Ready for a fun weekend, to gather with other moms/dads that understand you, and kids that can relate to one another? - Ready to play & interact with each other? Ready to have someone else be in charge? - How about a little time away from the kids & have a foot massage? And how about a few gifts for everyone & great, healthy food? Premium Package (4 available) includes the whole retreat & activities.... Plus: for Parent - personal 30 minute reflexology massage at retreat, gift bag; bottle of essential oil, bath bomb/fizzies.. And high adventure activity: TBA for child - choice of 30 minutes of reflexology feet/hands -OR- Gift card to ? and gift bag of essential oil, bath bombs, goodies, etc! 2020 TBD Weekend outline ; Fri. 4p-5pm - Arrival/check in (Times are Approximate) 6 pm - Dinner (delicious & healthy) 645pm~ - Team building activity - Group discussion- Kids guide rules 715pm~ - Topic "Animals in your closet" dusk ~ -Enjoy campfire Sat. 8am -Breakfast 845am - (Part 1) Healthy food for your gut/brain/moods )- interactive session , Kids/parents taste test, snack for hike. - (Part 2) Kids guided hike while parents learn in-depth nutrition for gut/brain /moods & behaviors, anxiety, etc 11am - combined parent child EFT; learn Emotionial freedom technique to help emotions, anxieties, physical concerns 12pm - Lunch -health hearty lunch! free time.. 1pm - Essential oils, aromatherapy, calm the brain & body …aaahhhh 230pm - Family Contest/ games/ Scavenger hunt.. 330pm -free time, Explore... 6pm -Dinner more deliciousness! 7pm - Reflexology interactive, dynamic session (kids & parents partner up) dusk~ Enjoy campfire ,evening activity, snacks Sun 8am - Breakfast 9am - Devotional / Gratitude Circle, sharing circle Trust walk, free time, one-on-one time (Pack up, almost time to go..) 12pm -Lunch & departure………Extra activity!! (Travel to high ropes course or rock climbing, or zip-line; choices & options coming soon. I use a wholistic approach in helping you be emotionally, physically, & spiritually healthier. As a mother I sees friends, my own family, my child, even myself who are trying to live healthy and happily in this world. There are different challenges these days, but still there are opportunities to change. Everyone where I go , every store I enter, every doctor office I go to.. I have to make a choice. Sometime I might not make the right one, sometimes I do. I want to share these opportunities with you and your child or children (since its more than one for many of us!)
We will focus on the the body regarding our physical health, our well being, how we are affected by negative energy, and foods. And what do we put in our bodies? What do we allow in our surroundings/environment? So much energy going on all around us affects all aspects of ourselves. |
